The Key Donor
Relations (KDR) Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with mid -high
value donors, ensuring effective communication, and supporting donor engagement
strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and
maintain relationships with key donors through regular communication.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in
planning and executing donor engagement activities and events.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and
update donor databases and records accurately.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare donor
reports & updates.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
fundraising initiatives and campaigns as needed.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track donor
commitments and ensure timely follow -ups.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure high
standards of donor stewardship and satisfaction.<\/span>

Educational Qualification<\/span><\/b>

Postgraduate
(mandatory).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Preference will
be given to candidates with a science background.<\/span><\/span>

Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Minimum of 1 year of professional
work experience in any field.<\/span>
<\/li>Experience in donor relations,
fundraising, communications, or customer relationship roles will be an
advantage.<\/span>
