In this fulfilling role, you'll partner with school districts and families to enhance proficiency in math and reading competencies. Your responsibilities will include engaging parents, recruiting them as tutors, and providing training sessions to empower them in supporting their children's education.

Qualification
- High Diploma or equivalent, with 7 years of preferred experience in workshop development or case management.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in education, health, social work, or related field, with 4 years of preferred experience in workshop development or case management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, health, social work, or related field, with 2 years of experience preferred in workshop development or case management.
- Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences in service delivery.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is a plus.
Hourly pay of $16 to $18 and paid time off offered.
