We are looking for an organised, process driven Senior Business Operations Executive to join our Supporter Led Fundraising and Operations (SLFEO)team. SLFEO teams work across the country in partnership with our supporters who bring in millions of pounds to fund our lifesaving research. In this role you will provide optimal project support with tools, systems, and processes, allowing these teams to maximise fundraising opportunities. You’ll enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and using your coordination and project skills to deliver great customer service as well as owning and creating processes to support with the team’s overall strategy.

What will I be doing?
Work collaboratively to ensure operational support is delivered efficiently, enabling the department to deliver its core business activities.
Support the development of junior members.
Oversee department inboxes and internal queries to the operations team, ensuring insights and trends are acted upon in conjunction with Business Operations Managers
Establish a key role in the development of processes, procedures and documentation for internal staff and external supporter audiences to ensure the best possible supporter journey.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to review, and provide assets and materials for the fulfilment of the supporter journey across all department products, including guides, marketing materials, thanking, stewardship plans, research information, communication.
Support a range of Supporter Led Fundraising and Operations projects to ensure milestones are met
What are you looking for?
Relevant experience of organisation and coordination, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong experience of stakeholder management.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a proven ability to show initiative and drive ideas forward.
Project management experience – ability to plan effectively, manage multiple activities and deliver to deadlines
A good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
