Essential Job Functions
- Maintains the transportation fleet, garage and warehouse inventory
- Processes work orders, monthly reports and chargebacks to various departments Purchases materials and supplies from vendors, as needed
- Schedules vehicle repairs and transports vehicles to be repaired, as needed
- Performs general administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, data entry, ordering and maintaining office supplies, arranging for equipment and associated maintenance, processing invoices, responding to phone inquiries and tracking work orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Moderate amount of experience working with inventory systems or other related experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
