We're looking for a Development Manager for our
client, NEW VOICES for REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE.This is a full-time, hybrid position located in either Pittsburgh or
Philadelphia, PA.

Voices for Reproductive Justice:
New Voices for Reproductive Justice (New Voices) is a leader
in the Reproductive Justice movement. With nearly two decades of experience in
identity-based and issue-based leadership development, community engagement and
organizing, and state and federal-level policy advocacy, New Voices is the
first Reproductive Justice organization in Pennsylvania and the first and only
in Ohio. Their mission is to “advocate for Black Women, femmes, and girls in
Pennsylvania and Ohio through community organizing, leadership development, and
voter engagement.”
Their work is firmly rooted in the Reproductive Justice
framework, and our programming reflects our mission, focusing on core issues,
including voter engagement, abortion access, and environmental justice.
Position Summary:
The Development Manager is a full-time position reporting to the
External Affairs Director. The Development Manager fills a critical role of
strategically managing New Voices’ development and fundraising revenue lines,
including individual donors and giving campaigns, managing the organization’s
grant portfolio, and supporting the Director of External Affairs in creating
and implementing annual development plans.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all grants are tracked and managed and that all
reports and proposals are submitted on time and with excellence.
- Prospect
and build the organization’s pipeline of prospective donors through research
and asset mapping.
- Enhance
New Voices’ individual giving strategy and program, and develop annual plans
for engagement in partnership with the communications team.
- Strategize
for and track “next steps” for individual and institutional donors and
prospects in Bloomerang (CRM).
- Generate
development dashboards in Bloomerang to provide leadership and Board updates.
- In
partnership with the communications team, conceptualize and execute fundraising
correspondence, engagement, and campaigns.
- Partner
with program teams to help plan for and secure event sponsorships and/or
pro-bono partnerships.
- Maintain
the day-to-day operations of the development department, including sending gift
acknowledgments, data and gift entries, and managing contract and agreement
signatures.
Requirements
- Minimum
five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience supporting development operations in a
nonprofit setting.
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar
with using Google Suite in a professional setting.

- Salary Range:$55,000 - $70,000/year, depending on
experience and location.
LOCATION:
This position may be in either Philadelphia or
Pittsburgh, PA.
