WAGE RANGE: $119,000-$139,000/annually
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking adynamic and self-motivated leader who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to lead its Children & Family Services Program as a Senior Division Director.
The Senior Division Director, in collaboration with the Chief Program Officer, is responsible for the overall coordination and effective operation of their division. This includes responsibility for the division budget, personnel selection, training, and on-going supervision.
The Senior Division Director will have oversight of our programs in early childhood, children’s mental health, and youth and family homelessness services, including:
- Homelessness Diversion Program
- Family Housing Crisis Response
- Family Service Center
- Hope Street Youth Shelter
- Northside Child Development Center
- Wilder Day Treatment Program
The Senior Division Director, in conjunction with Program Managers, ensures quality programming through development, on-going evaluation, and program revisions. They are familiar with and actively monitor relevant accreditation, rules, regulation, and laws in their division.
The Senior Division Director works closely with shared services leaders to ensure agency alignment relevant to their area, along with, legal and other compliance, collaborates in the development of other intra-agency relationships to ensure the effective delivery of division services and the effective operation of the agency. They are responsible for the planning and development of quality programming for the division andcoordinates and manages the contracts and associated relationship with various government and/or private funders and maintains relationships with community stakeholders.
- Participates in national, regional, and local activites and conferences as necessary to carry out the duties of the position.
- Collaborates and networks with community partners and stakeholders as necessary to achieve the mission and goals of the agency.
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the relevance, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reporting for purposes of accountability and client outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:
- Master’s degree in social work or other related area.
- LICSW/LMFT/LPCC or LP licensure in Minnesota strongly preferred or the ability to obtain Minnesota licensure within six (6) months of employment.
- Ten (10) years relevant experience in a nonprofit organization, with five (5) years at senior management level.
- Previous supervisory experience .
- Experience in program development, planning and evaluation, budget management, proposal development, and working with Board or Advisory committees.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Responsibility is 24 hours a day/7 day a week, 365 days a year, so must have the flexibility and willingness to be available during non-business hours for consultation and in the case of emergencies.
- Ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness .
