Summary: Child Mind Institute is recruiting a Senior Director to lead one of the therapy teams that comprises the Child Mind Medical Practice. We are a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, social workers, speech-language therapists and learning specialists who work closely to ensure each family gets the care and attention they need. Our clinicians are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders. The Senior Director manages a team of psychologists and social workers providing diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based treatment services to children with anxiety and mood disorders. They are responsble for ensuring that our clinicians have the professional development and support they need to provide the highest quality clinical care. The Senior Director works with practice leadership to create a collaborative and supportive environment that allows our clinicians to accomplish our shared goals. In addition to managing the team, the Senior Director will also provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and young adults. This position reports to the Clinical Director. This is an exempt, full-time position located in our New York or California offices.
