Seeking a multi-skilled professional for a 10-month maternity cover role, starting May 2024 through January 2025, in Barcelona. This dual-function position entails serving as a People Experience Coordinator (65%) and Executive Assistant to the Marketing EVP (35%) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Office-based, this opportunity requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to thrive in varied roles.
What you’ll do:
People Experience Coordinator
- Lead events and programs in Barcelona and Geneva with the international People Experience team
- Oversee Barcelona office operations for a welcoming environment
- Coordinate with vendors, manage expenses, and handle office requests
- Support new hire integration with necessary resources
- Lead office communications to ensure engagement and updates
Executive Assistant to EVP Marketing
- Support the Marketing EVP with schedule management, travel booking, project coordination, meeting support, and efficient cross-time zone communication
- Ensure confidentiality, organize team events, and manage administrative tasks with precision and discretion
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years in administrative or executive support roles
- Event planning experience, from conception to execution
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup or tech environment experience preferred
- Proficient in Mac, Google Suite, Asana, and Slack
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a passion for people and relationship building
