About the OpportunityThe Chief Executive Officer at BluePath Service Dogs is entrusted with leading the organization towards achieving its vision of being the definitive leader in autism service dog provision. This role encompasses strategic leadership and organizational management, requiring the CEO to prepare a strategic plan that aligns with BluePath’s mission, establish clear goals, and ensure continuous improvement through effective feedback systems. The CEO will oversee operations, fostering a positive culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and high ethical standards. Financial management is a key responsibility, with the CEO ensuring fiscal stability, overseeing budgeting, and directing resources to meet organizational objectives. In partnership with the Board of Directors, the CEO will enhance governance, optimize board structure, and lead fundraising efforts to grow revenue and ensure sustainability.
