Several full-time positions, SCHADS Level 4, $82, 045 - $88,277 per annum (salary dependent on experience) + 11% super + salary sacrifice, 12-month contract.

What our Legal Secretary/Receptionist role looks like…
As a Legal Secretary/Receptionist at Midlas, your main job will be to support legal and community services and serve vulnerable clients. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them and managing their first steps in getting help. Your duties include triaging referrals, scheduling appointments, handling confidential information, and helping with general administration and preparing legal documents to support the legal team and Principal Solicitor.
What we’re looking for?
Your unique strengths and experiences are what we value most. We are searching for individuals who can meet most of the following:
- Demonstrated experience as a legal secretary, assistant, law clerk and and/or paralegal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to draft routine Court documents and/or drafting correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a busy office client-facing environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism and an ability to deal with and maintain highly confidential information.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with legal document management software such as Settify.
- Hold (or studying) a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor (desirable).
The successful applicant will need to hold a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check, WA Working with Children Check, undertake a national police clearance, and have working rights in Australia.
