Your responsibilities include:
- Elevating employee experience by guiding leaders on all HR activities and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
- Streamlining HR processes and policies to optimise recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Providing general HR advice and support, leading development planning processes, and overseeing training initiatives.
- Leading & facilitating engaging learning sessions to enhance skills and knowledge among volunteers and employees.
- Spearheading the creation of content empowering our team with essential leadership & WHS information
If you have at least 5 years of HR or learning experience, excellent communication skills, engaging facilitation skills and a passion for making a difference, this role is for you!
