The family support and stabilization/parent aide is responsible for providing direct client services that promote the functioning and well-being of the client. These services include in-home parent education, supervised visitation between children, parents, siblings and significant others, natural supports, community resources. This individual with assist with budgeting, nutrition and medical appointments.

Requirements include a high school diploma and two years of experience working with families and children, or a Bachelor’s Degree in the human services or related field, computer and software knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, good judgement abilities to deal effectively with emotionally demanding and stressful situations. Bilingual skills are required. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
