Benevity is seeking an experienced, passionate, and curious Revenue Operations Specialist who will partner with our growing Client Success, Marketing, and Sales teams focused on growing our existing Clients Base.
Leveraging your skillset, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Go-to-Market and Financial Planning & Analysis Teams. Day-to-day, you’ll be working on exciting business analytical projects to help us capture new business as well as drive forward our Upsell, Cross-sell, Managed Services and Enhancement strategy. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and FP&A teams to analyze data sets for insights that guide strategic decisions
- Work alongside analysts and stakeholders to develop target planning and analysis frameworks
- Recommend enhancements to current processes to support Go To Market (GTM) teams, aiming to improve data quality
- Promote understanding of requirements across business units, identifying and addressing inefficiencies through real-time data evaluation.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships to strengthen internal and external partnerships.
- Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, focusing on metrics such as ARR Bookings, Churn, Downsell, and Upsell, and report on performance.
- Lead in creating and implementing processes that drive revenue and retention, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Assist in developing business requirements for stakeholder metrics, utilizing tools like GSheets, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Oversee quota planning and performance measurement for Sales and Revenue Growth teams, encompassing various roles to support business development and growth
What you’ll bring:
- The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines, and possess keen situational awareness
- You should be an adept relationship builder and negotiator, with a creative mindset adaptable to fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous settings.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, especially within SaaS operations, is essential
- You should have the ability to interpret data effectively and communicate findings clearly, along with practical knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo), spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets), and commission tools (Spiff, Xactly).
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills are critical, with proficiency in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
- The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with a focus on independent decision-making and project management.
- We're looking for a results-oriented individual who is mindful of work quality, capable of collaborating across the organization, and skilled in communicating with all levels
- The ability to see the "big picture" while managing details and focusing on various objectives is key
- A commitment to fostering teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution to achieve organizational goals is essential
