Express Auto Auction is fully licensed in the State of California as a Vehicle Dealership (#46331). We are fully bonded and insured. Our online internet auto auction is held every Wednesday starting at exactly 9:00 am, rain or shine. Express Auto Auction wants our customers to be satisfied with the vehicle(s) they purchase; therefore, we permit inspections to be made.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors entering reception area cordially
- Interact with vendor or donor regarding status of title issues
- Answer phone calls politely and efficiently respond to administrative requests from clients, vendors, and employees.
- Typing Document with proper spelling and grammar.
- Organizing, maintaining, and filing Records
- The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Ability in prioritizing workloads while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Ability to work under pressure and accommodate interruptions.
- Ability to maintain flexibility to redirect work as a result of changing priorities.
- Update donation records in the CATS database with the highest level of accuracy
- Maintain and update any record with Title Issues status in the CATS/NAV Database
- Responsible for updating DMV requirements and issues
- Report any ongoing vendor title issues to management, as needed
- Performs other administrative duties from inserting, copying, and photocopying to faxing as needed.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Proper phone and customer service etiquette
- Advanced knowledge of CALIFORNIA DMV Title Processes
Experience:
- Previous experience in DMV Title Processing Preferred
