Summary: Child Mind Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to greet staff, patients, their families, and guests during their visits at Child Mind Institute. This is a fully on-site, Monday through Friday position. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager this is an non-exempt, full-time position located in our NYC headquarters office. Qualifications: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year of related experience and/or training
- Comfortable working with computer programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adheres to safety policies and requirements
- Professional demeanor and attitude; ability to interface with families as well as senior leadership, clinicians, and staff
- Self-starter and team player, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Positive attitude, energetic, and interested in working in health care
