Customer Service:

- Stay informed about village activities and schedules to effectively assist residents in planning their engagements.
- Safely operate our transportation shuttle, ensuring residents have convenient access to village amenities and activities.
Administration:
- Collaborate with various teams to support administrative tasks such as newsletter preparation, notice posting, and event setup.
- Uphold Anglicare's Christian Values and nurturing culture by embodying our core principles in all interactions.
- Champion a safety-first mindset by maintaining a clean, tidy workspace, adhering to safe work practices, and actively participating in safety initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional customer service prowess, with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a knack for navigating computer systems.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Two or more years of experience in customer service or receptionist roles, demonstrating a track record of excellence.
- Previous exposure to Aged Care or Retirement Living environments is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory for shuttle operation.
