Duties of the Entry Level Account Manager Include:
- Perform demonstrations and answer questions to potential donors for our clients
- Utilize your customer service skills to connect with community members at events
- Create meaningful relationships through outstanding presentation, strategic thinking, and personalized interaction with every customer
- Effectively convey our client's goals and initiatives to the community and prospective donors
- Communicate expertise in telecommunications and entertainment by hands-on sales demos
- Ensure a flawless delivery of the customer experience from start to finish
- Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning
- Attending and conducting team collaborations with other Entry Level Account Managers and team members regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes
Qualities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, business, retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity
- A keen eye for detail and clear communication abilities
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
- Adaptable, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
