Sentara Health is seeking to hire an experienced Laboratory Client Account Rep to work full time days. This position will require travel to Richmond, VA and the Northern Virginia area.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Marketing or Medical Technology
- 3 years of experience in healthcare sales; or 4 years of experience in marketing.
Summary: Conducts follow-up sales calls to healthcare providers, businesses, and other potential clients to secure medical testing and laboratory services business for Sentara HealthCare; resolves client problems and complaints; takes a proactive approach to meeting customer needs and ensuring positive outcomes; assists in developing a marketing strategy for laboratory services.

Job Summary

Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences acceptable. One (1) year of Healthcare Sales or one (1) of Laboratory is acceptable experience for the position. Five (5) years of Laboratory Services; or Sales; or Marketing experience within a healthcare setting in lieu of specified degree in Medical Technology/Lab Science; Sciences or Marketing may be considered providing candidate possesses a Bachelors level degree.
