The Youth Care Specialist (YCS) provides for the physical and emotional needs of the clients assigned to the cottage and facilitates a healthy group living experience.
The YCS participates in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency
Licensure/Certification: Class E driver’s license with good driving record
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent time management
- Oral and written communication skills
- Word, Excel, and e-mail applications proficiency
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Weekends and Overnights required, hiring FT and PRN status.
During the school year: Friday overnights, Saturday Days, Saturday Overnights, Sunday Days, Some School Holiday, Daytime during school breaks (Holiday/Spring).
During the Summer: Daytime and weekends/overnights.
