This individual will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of homecare service delivery in the Gardner area. This position includes maintaining working relationships with community agencies, serving as liaison between clients and families, case managers; arranging on-site orientation of homecare aides, and coordinating all scheduling activities for the regions.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or its equivalent, 2-3 years of experience as a homecare aide, and excellent customer service skills. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and software programs is required.
