Job Title: Program Manager scattered sites

Summary:
The Program Manager scatter-site will work in collaboration with an existing Program Manager overseeing the supported housing programs located in scattered-site units. The scattered-site programs in Permanent Supportive Housing provide case management, stabilization, and support to formerly homeless individuals, with the ultimate objective of assisting them with achieving independent living. This Program Manager will be responsible for the supervision of 5-7 Case Managers. They should exhibit a supportive supervision style, should be a motivated self-learner, and should be able to effectively manage challenges that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Oversees service delivery to clients, including:
- Managing caseloads and supporting case managers in self-care
- Maintaining staff HMIS Data system compliance
- Monitoring progress on client service plans
- Problem solving and crisis management
Program Compliance
- Maintains compliance with the Heading Home Scattered Site unit Program Policies ,HUD, and other funders and regulatory bodies
- Works collaboratively with the Data team to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Assists in the preparation of grant requests, yearly budgets and other proposals
Intake Process
- Works collaboratively with the Intake Coordinator and Real Estate team, to ensure a fair, consistent, and expeditious occupancy process
- Assists the Intake Coordinator and Director in ensuring that external partners and Heading Home are working collaboratively within the process
Other Agency Roles
- Ensures the staff is up to date on mandatory trainings and following best practices including motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care
- Participates in fundraising programs/events, board, and committee meetings as requested
- Attends all Senior Staff, Leadership, and other internal Heading Home meetings
- Attends external meetings as necessary and beneficial
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Director of Individual Services and/or CEO

Work Environment:
Cubicle space within large office building; prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer, OR, requires equal amounts of sitting and standing, must be able to climb stairs. Office is open to the public and visitors only by appointment. Position requires a minimum of four days onsite. Office is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.
