PROGRAM MANAGER
FLSA Status: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
FTE: 1.0
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/annually

Guild is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Targeted Case Management Program. Our teams provide person centered care to clients in the community by coordinating and facilitating services that provide individuals support to maintain health and independence.
This position is responsible to provide leadership, management, and clinical supervision to program supervisors. Manage external changes that impact service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion opportunities. This position severs on the organizations Operations Team with other clinical leaders across Guild to advance the mission and vision of the agency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Well-developed service delivery concept that supports the agency mission.
- Knowledge of laws, rules, and policies that affect services to participants.
- Demonstrated skill in participative management and supervision of staff.
- Participate in program-level budgeting including oversight and accountability.
- Effectively engage staff, facilitate change management, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Lead the work of a team in defining shared responsibilities and assignment of work; provide leadership and direction to others.
- Provide continuous assessment and input in the development of the program in terms of meeting consumer and staff needs.
- Use critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve, identify the essential factors in situations, and creatively engage individuals in solutions.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, culturally competent, and respectful work environment.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in behavioral sciences.
- Independently licensed as Mental Health Professional.
- Or Proof of independent license within 6 months of employment.
- At least 2 years’ experience leading the provision of services to people with mental illness is required.
Additional Requirements
- Must be ambulatory and able to negotiate stairways.
- Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and must not have received services within the last two years.
