Job Title: Group/Parent Facilitator I (Family Strengthening)
Location: The Neighborhood Place / 3014 Rivas Street / San Antonio, TX 78228
Schedule: Varied Shifts / Day or Afternoon Shifts Available (some evenings/weekends may be required)

Education/Training/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in education, health, social work, or other related human service field plus four (4) years of related work experience with some background in developing and presenting prevention and education workshops or programs is desirable, case management or social service delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus four (4) years of related work experience, with some background in developing and presenting prevention and education workshops or programs is desirable, case management or social service delivery.
- Experience in developing and presenting prevention and education workshops or programs is desirable.
- Experience in understanding cultural differences and is sensitive to the implications of culture for service delivery.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
- Staff will be required to submit proof of their vaccination status or may request to be exempt from vaccination due to a religious and/or medical accommodation.
- Certificate or license, as applicable, by the appropriate State agency as a qualified practitioner.
- State of Texas vehicle operator’s license and proof of liability insurance.
