Job Description
SAIF is hiring experienced workers’ compensation claims adjusters who can step right in and help with our growing caseload.
But why choose SAIF? Aren’t workers’ compensation claims pretty much the same from insurer to insurer?
Not really. The SAIF difference is in our unique status, culture, and what we call “total rewards.”

We’re also unique in how we treat our employees. Our total rewards program includes cash compensation, health care and other benefits, “Total worker health,” lots of training and development choices, paid time off, and attractive retirement resources such as PERS membership. (By the way, your health care is free if you meet the goals of our wellness program.)
As for your responsibilities, you would provide proactive, complex claim management – including investigating, evaluating, and coordinating claim management and strategy activities. And you would assist in the development of other adjusters by acting as a resource and mentor.
We’re asking for three-to-five years of experience as a workers’ comp claims adjuster, and you must be certified in Oregon. We fully support remote/flex work, though we require that you live in Oregon.
