This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs within the Crozier House men's recovery home program. This position will also assist the Program Administrator on the development and implementation of program standard, while providing both direct and group supervision to the Crozier House Counselors/Case Managers. Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience dealing with substance use/dependency and a strong knowledge of co-occurring disorders and 2-3 years of supervisory experience. LADC-1 preferred. Strong written and communication skills are required.
