Program Statement: Summit Adult Day Services provides daytime care, services, and supports designed to address the physical, mental and social needs of participants with the ultimate goal of helping older adults and their families to maintain a functional status. There are no evenings/ weekend shifts and closed for most major holidays.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the planning and implementation of therapeutic / recreational activities for older adults.
- Communicating needs and requests of clients to appropriate staff.
- Monitor and supervise program participants.
- Assist with serving meals and snacks.
