Meadowview of Clive, a brand-new senior community in Clive, Iowa, has a wonderful opportunity for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, CMA, or TMA) to join our team. Meadowview of Clive recently opened in June 2023 and will have 106-units for residents including independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.
This benefits eligible, Caregiver role, can be Full-Time or Part-Time.
Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm and every other weekend

What does a Caregiver do?
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system.
- Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
- Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Caregiver require?
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience.
- Must be Med Aide certified.
- Memory care or dementia experience.
- A passion for geriatric care.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older.
