This individual will provide guidance and direction to Crozier House residents while overseeing daily activities to ensure program conformance and fidelity with established policies and procedures. Participate in ensuring and sustaining the day-to-day operations of the program milieu, supporting the culture of recovery, and is both trauma and gender informed for the diverse community we serve.
This is a Full Time position, which include our full benefit package, paid vacation time, paid sick time, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with match!
Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat 7am-3pm
Friday 3pm-11pm
Requirements include CPR-First Aid Certification and Overdose Prevention/Narcan training capable, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the human services field with a special knowledge of substance abuse and the role of a residential community model, a base of knowledge from introductory courses in substance abuse and drug dependencies, as well as an understanding of working with individuals within a marginal community. A solid foundation in sobriety and must be active in a recovery program outside of the work environment.
