Summary: The Child Mind Institute (CMI) seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator within the Next Generation Digital Therapeutics Program (NGDT). This 15-month position will help CMI, through its partnership with California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the program. This program is being launched to innovate mental health therapeutics and treatment response monitoring tools for children and adolescents using emerging technologies (e.g., biometrics, augmented reality, virtual reality). Smartphone-, web- and metaverse platforms will be the primary focus of the program, with explorations into the potential added value of wearable devices included as well. This position provides the opportunity to engage with a broad range of clinicians, policy-makers, researchers, and community leaders. This position is responsible for supporting the NGDT Program Director and the NGDT Leadership Team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of what it takes to launch and expand a country-wide program. Reporting to the Research Operations Manager, this is a full-time, non-exempt position at the Child Mind Institute headquarters in Midtown New York. A hybrid schedule is possible.
