This is a 80% FTE position. You will work in a hybrid role with an average of 2 days a week on-site at the Stanford campus in Palo Alto, CA.
Your primary responsibilities* include:
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and three years relevant experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in management of projects, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw accurate and relevant conclusions from analyses.
- Highly effective organization skills and ability to own project timelines, work with a variety of stakeholders,and manage multiple projects at once.
- Extremely strong writing skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and senior industry leaders.
- Strong analytical skills to review and assess complex financial information.
- Comfort with technology and data management.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Advanced degree; MBA is preferred.
- Strong experience doing analysis with tools such as R or Python that enable more rapid results and the ability to pre-code for results before survey results are received.
- Very strong preference for someone who has knowledge and understanding of the search fund industry or private equity, and specifically how returns are calculated and assessed in these industries. Alternatively, strong candidates may bring excellent skills in finance, even if they do not have experience in investing industries
- Experience working with highly sensitive and secure data.
The expected full-time pay range for this position is $95,000 to $139,000 per year. The actual pay will be pro-rated based on the 80% FTE.
