As a Community Employment & Outreach Specialist, you'll empower individuals to discover their strengths, explore career opportunities, build community connections, and achieve meaningful employment goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop employment, volunteer, and community opportunities.
- Build relationships with local employers and community partners.
- Provide job coaching, onboarding, and workplace support.
- Promote independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion.
- Support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
- Passion for helping others succeed.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
- Experience in human services, workforce development, education, rehabilitation, or related fields preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
