Stanford Live Assistant Ticket Manager reports to the Director of Ticketing and System Operations. This position works in collaboration with the Stanford Live Directors and team to implement a world-class ticket office operation that serves Stanford Live, Frost Amphitheater and Bing Concert Hall audiences, donors, staff, and artists in support of the Stanford Live missions, vision and values. Serve as lead ticketing contact for Department of Music and Bing Concert Hall rental events.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day ticket office operations for Stanford Live. Act on behalf of the supervisor in regards to establishing priorities and identifying and resolving problems for Stanford Live Ticket Office, including Department of Music (DoM), Frost Amphitheater, and Bing Concert Hall (BCH) rental events.
- Oversee and/or perform duties associated with scheduling staff (student and/or temporary workers) for the ticket office, including DoM and BCH rental events.
- Supervise day-to-day work of student and/or temporary workers, including training, assigning, and prioritizing workloads, setting appropriate deadlines, reviewing work for quality and timeliness, and providing performance review input.
- Oversee and manage ticketing system event builds for DoM and BCH rental events. Process and troubleshoot issues with the ticketing system. Provide reconciliation documentation and audit equipment for DoM events.
- Provide financial reports and analysis as needed for the ticket office, DOM and BCH rental clients.
- Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content of the DoM and Stanford Live documents, displays, reports, brochures, social media, and/or websites.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Please note that this position will be based on the Stanford campus and will be considered hybrid with the expectation to be on campus 2-3 days per week depending on events. In addition, this position will require working evenings and weekends.

- High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $33.17 to $38.94 per hour.
