•Lead and align cross-functional teams on all types of partnership activation and administration to meet Y-USA priorities, partnership obligations, and project timelines.
•Develop and manage partnership activation plan with input from multiple Y-USA departments for each assigned partnership to ensure all objectives are met and contractual obligations fulfilled or appropriately addressed,
•Interact with staff throughout Y-USA, and represent Y-USA to local YMCAs and senior executives from public and private partnerships to activate and
fulfill partnership objectives.
•Act as a resource and subject matter expert related to implementation and compliance with federal funding rules and requirements.
•Gather initial information to be included in sub-grant RFAs including scoring framework, approach/questions, pledges, reports, and notices of awards (NOA) aligned to partnership objectives and Y-USA process and priorities; Serve as the primary point of contact for all sub-grant recipients for grant administration functions, ensuring clear communication and guidance on federal requirements.
•Ensure that sub-grant recipients comply with Y-USA and federal grant procedures and regulations.
•Provide technical assistance to sub-grantees regarding budget management, compliance, and audit readiness.
•Process Y milestone and invoicing payment requests
•Maintain federal log-ins/access to federal systems
•Complete and submit SPA requests to Contracts
•Support Y-USA federal grant application process, continuation application process and reporting processes.
•Serve as point of contact with select federal funding agencies.
•Support federal grant management including budget revisions, amendment requests and providing needed documentation to federal funders.
•Monitor spend down on federal grants
•Develop, monitor, reconcile, reallocate, and forecast project budgets and expenses (this may include multiple revenue sources for single initiatives).
•Oversee distribution of information regarding and related to partnerships; assist in writing and editing articles, announcements, and other related products for YMCA publications and Web sites.
•Ensure invoices are sent to partners as outlined in the partnership/grant agreements.
•Manage contractor and vendor expenses, invoices, and payments as outlined in the partnership activation plan.
•Secure and track data related to donor-funded programs by designing feedback forms/surveys and other techniques for gathering research; manage data entry and analysis as assigned and necessary.
•Engage in proactive and advanced identification and communication with relevant colleagues and supervisor regarding partnership challenges and opportunities.
•Participate in planning and capacity conversations and tracking activities.
•Manage special department projects, as requested.
