1. Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of video content for multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and understand the complexities of each platforms requirements.
2.Collaborate closely with Content Creator to ensure creative alignment and adherence to strategic objectives.
3.Collaborate with YMCA branches to identify stories and content to align with the organization's mission and community goals.
4.Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and upholds our standard of quality.
5.Juggle multiple editing projects under tight deadlines.
6.Coordinate all aspects of video production from conceptualization to implementation, including site visits, pre-interviews, lighting, video production, editing, file management, and video launch on multiple platforms.
7.Engage with staff, members, volunteers and donors to get the perfect story/angle.
8.Foster a sense of community by promoting inclusivity and participation among all demographics.
9.Maintain files and video catalog in an organized and logical way to easily collaborate with team.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, best practices, and local community needs.
11. Adhere to established YMCA brand standards.
12. Uphold the mission of the YMCA and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful, and welcoming nature.
13. Serve as a role model and advocate of the YMCA mission, promise, values, and voice.
