Emerson Collective Internship Program
Emerson Collective’s summer internship program places college-aged students in paid internship opportunities across Emerson Collective and our affiliate partners XQ Institute, E Pluribus Unum, and Chicago CRED.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of three positions. Any additional applications will not be considered.
The Opportunity
The Brand Creative Studio team drives the brand for Emerson Collective and our priority areas, working to change hearts and minds with world-class storytelling and creativity—big ideas such as advertising, marketing, and brand films, all the way to day-to-day content for brand channels. Design is also an output—from logos to events design and more. The Brand Creative Studio work covers brand management, creative strategy, ideation, digital, production, and content creation roles, so there is a diverse range of responsibilities.
The Production intern will work primarily with the production team on video, print, photography, swag, and other production projects to support Emerson Collective brand assets and priority area projects. They will be integrated into production projects to focus on for the summer and will be part of organizing assets into a film database, video editing process (do not have to know how to video edit), production of swag, and more. They will also take on daily production organizational needs, organizing film and photo clip databases, travel calendars for productions, and other support in the holistic process of making and editing films, books, and content. They should ideally have some previous experience or proven interest in film production, like relevant coursework. They will be part of the projects' prep, production, and wrap-up.
