PURPOSE OF POSITION
Ensures that the catering processes for each facility are followed and re-enforced.
· Loads catered food on the truck and delivers food to designated area safely, timely and within all food service safety guidelines.
· Unloads food at designated sites, and ensures all products are stored properly at the sites.
· Maintains the required logs and paperwork accurately and timely at the facility where food is served.
· Helps direct volunteers during meal services.
· Reports to Catering Supervisor for additional daily tasks.
· Supports, promotes and adheres to Catholic Charities’ vision, mission, values and Code of Ethics.
· Reflects Catholic Charities’ commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
· Maintains confidentiality of client and agency information.
· Regular and predictable attendance.
