As the Home Care Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality home care services across all funding streams. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, while driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and respect.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and inspire your team, including case managers, schedulers, and administrators - to deliver an outstanding client experience every day.
You and Your New Role
You’re an empathetic and strategic leader who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You bring a deep understanding of home care operations and a genuine passion for improving lives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the Home Care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including care governance, compliance, and quality systems.
- Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Fostering a positive, consumer-directed culture that enhances client satisfaction.
- Building and developing a capable, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
- Partnering with the Apollo Care executive team on governance, marketing, and service improvement initiatives.
You’ll bring: - Qualifications in management, community services, or a related field (degree preferred).
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience in a home care or aged care setting.
- Experience across HCP, VHC, DVA, and NDIS programs.
- AHPRA registration (Desired but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of care governance, quality standards, and compliance.
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
