About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience to lead technical solutioning in the nonprofit space as well as across a wide range of client industries This role blends deep Salesforce expertise with a flexible, consultative mindset. You’ll be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading Salesforce implementation projects across many cloud products and directly engaging with clients to ensure business objectives are met. Preferred candidates bring strong experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success pack and the nonprofit industry. Solution Architects thrive in environments where adaptability is key.
What You’ll Do
- Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful completion of projects
- Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance
- Work as part of a project team alongside both internal and external clients
- Mentor internal team members and contribute to the technical standards and best practices
- Demonstrate genuine passion for Salesforce solutions and fostering team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years Experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Shield is a huge plus
- Strong understanding of the non-profit industry including volunteer and program management, fundraising, grant making, sales and service CRM
- 2+ years of experience in the non profit industry
- Exposure to other Salesforce Cloud products including Agentforce
- Experience with agile delivery models and consulting environments
- 2-3 of the following Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Education Cloud Consultant
- Agentforce Specialist
- Architect Certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including implementation experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
- Proven success in client facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Consultant
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows) and integration best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Ability to work across disciplines and adapt to unfamiliar technologies or business processes
