As a Tele Fundraiser<\/b>, you will serve as a vital ambassador for WWF -India<\/b>, acting as the voice of our conservation efforts. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between our environmental goals and the community that makes them possible. We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and mission -driven communicator who can turn a one -time donor into a lifelong champion for nature.

You will be responsible for nurturing donor loyalty, maintaining the integrity of our brand, and contributing to a high -energy team culture dedicated to protecting India's natural heritage.

Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/u>

<\/div>Create resourceful ways to
spread awareness about India's biodiversity & effectively convey the
organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
<\/span><\/li>Contact Donors through
calls and explain WWF India's work to members clearly and excitingly to
generate funds for supporting WWF -India's conservation work.
<\/span><\/li>Cultivate a network
of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long -term relationship with the
donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
<\/span><\/li>Handle inbound and
outbound communications via phone, email, and mail, addressing supporter
queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
<\/span><\/li>Maintain and update
supporter information in the database, ensuring <\/span>data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements<\/h3>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized
University.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent English communication skills with
demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Highly performance -oriented and ability to work
in a team.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Energy and drive to inspire people and promote
WWF -India's work.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Public Speaking skills / BD experience.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to successfully balance priorities while
managing multiple tasks
