Are you passionate about supporting people on their mental health journey?

We are inviting expressions of interest for potential future opportunities within our Mental Health Recovery services across East and West Norfolk.

We welcome interest from those with crisis‑level experience who have worked within mental health and/or residential services, who will empower individuals to work towards their goals, build confidence, and develop meaningful strategies for positive wellbeing.

We always want to connect with people who are:

Flexible and adaptable – able to support a range of shifts, including weekdays and weekend work
Person‑centred and empathetic – passionate about helping others thrive
Proactive and resilient – comfortable working in fast‑paced, varied environments
Ideally, able to drive, as roles may involve travel across the Norfolk County
Team‑focused, with strong communication and organisational skills
