The Program Director, Community Well-being leads and supports efforts to increase health outcomes and contribute to opportunities both within and outside of the YMCA to address social drivers of health and expand community access to resources, supports, and programs to improve health and well-being. This position will oversee efforts to innovate, plan, implement, and evaluate transformative health and well-being within YMCA branch programming and external partnerships. The Program Director, Community Well-being ensures all programming broadens community access to essential resources, fostering an environment of belonging and measurable well-being.
This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and administering a designated program at an assigned branch. The Program Director is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing assigned team. The Program Director oversees the engagement and recruitment of volunteers for the program.

Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM and some weekends depending on events
- May require travel throughout the San Diego County
- Location work designation will be determined based during final interview
