Reporting to the VP, USA \u0026amp; International Philanthropy, the Senior Director provides strategic leadership, direction, and management to a team of approximately 10 western US-based fundraising staff responsible for securing philanthropic support from high-net-worth individuals. The Senior Director will be an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys leading a team of frontline fundraisers, building donor relationships, collaborating with internal partners as well as Board \u0026amp; Advisor members, and has a track record of closing 7-8 figure gifts. The Senior Director will have significant knowledge of the philanthropic landscape of the western United States, which they will leverage to further refine IRC’s regional fundraising strategy and to identify new opportunities.\u0026nbsp;
