JOB PURPOSE Manages recording and processing of contributions and ensures all gifts are promptly and accurately entered. Assists with the preparation of various donor acknowledgments. Fully responsible for cash, check and lockbox deposits. Creates new donor gift records and maintains the accuracy of donor database records for the entire department. Assists with Raiser’s Edge tasks as needed. This position is also responsible for oversight and accuracy of Foundation’s donor funds. Serves as the primary liaison between corporate finance and entity CFO’s and restricted fund and endowment managers. Provides routine updated fund balances to finance, managers and Foundation team. Manages the posting of all expenses for funds and endowments for four Piedmont Foundations. Engages with multiple departments to ensure donor gifts are managed and spent based on donor’s intent.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Management, Health Care Administration or a closely related field required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 2 (Two) years of experience in a related field is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT database.
Experience working in healthcare preferred. Experience with research and analysis of data preferred. Must be detail oriented and organized.
