As Senior Manager, Social Enterprises you will support the ongoing success of Uniting Vic Tas by developing and scaling the current social enterprises (Tadpac and Fire & Clay) to improve their financial and social outcomes. You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to develop a business strategy that achieves these results and enables the organisation to acquire new social enterprise opportunities.
You will focus on:
- Managing an $2million operating budget
- Leading and developing a team of three (3) direct reports to improve business activities and processes
- Collaborate with the social enterprise teams to develop and roll-out short- and medium-term growth targets
- Develop and monitor budgets and revenue targets
- Develop performance reporting mechanisms that produce regular reports aligned to internal customer needs.
- Play a key role in growth and new social enterprises oppertunities

You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications and or experience in managing small businesses
- Demonstrated success in people leadership and development
- Demonstrated success in strategy development and implementation
- Strong business development acumen and commerciality
