The Philanthropic Financial Services team exists to safeguard Chick-fil-A’s reputation by providing financial guidance, financial reporting, and compliance support surrounding philanthropic activities. We aim to raise the financial and business acumen of charitable stakeholders and influence philanthropic strategy.
This role has three main areas of responsibility: Chick-fil-A giving process, private grantmaking support, and administrative and cultural support. This work requires working with other departments across the company while serving as an expert on Chick-fil-A’s giving process and strategy.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgment and discernment in a variety of situations as well as be resourceful, creative, organized, highly proficient with technology applications, and adaptable with limited supervision. The candidate must be able to prioritize time-sensitive work from multiple people working on unrelated projects and continue to re-prioritize upon additional requests. Some specific tasks will include meeting facilitation, creating clarity for action, acting between meetings to coordinate work, and optimizing processes.
The person filling this role will have excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to self-manage, and planning/coordination skills.
