About the role
As a Solutions Delivery Specialist you will use your curiosity and problem-solving skills to analyse, plan and deliver system solutions which enable increased efficiency and growth of our mission. You will enjoy collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs and use your problem-solving skills to explore possible solutions from various angles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop technical solutions to problems in our organisation by defining, documenting and analysing requirements. Your role will be key in the coordination, rollout and training of new or enhanced systems.
To be successful in this role you will possess high level administration and time management skills that will allow you to manage a number of projects. Ideally you will have experience delivering systems that effectively service the needs of both the organisation and its stakeholders in a self-service and user-friendly manner. This is a full-time position and can be based in any capital city.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role or on similar system projects that delivered great stakeholder outcomes.
- Previous experience with event registration, volunteer management, service delivery, CRM, payment processing or data integrations systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with software development, web design or project management would be an advantage.
