The Digital Delivery Lead spearheads the development and execution of digital products and resources, including overseeing dad.info, Europe’s largest website for fathers. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for children's causes, robust leadership skills, and a history of successful project management. As part of the Spurgeons team, you'll champion our cultural goals and core values. Your responsibilities include crafting a comprehensive digital delivery strategy aligned with our mission, fostering the creation of therapeutic digital products, and ensuring data security and compliance. You'll lead a team managing the dad.info platform, cultivate partnerships, and collaborate with stakeholders for digital innovation. Additionally, you'll enhance user experiences, engage online communities, and provide training and support for staff and partners. Staying updated on industry trends and fostering a culture of innovation are key. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital strategies that drive meaningful impact and empower families and children.
