- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including ability to make presentations and speak in front of groups in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in social media and communication platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to learn new digit platforms including Canva, Flocknote, MailChimp and others.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$20.00-$23.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Dependent on location. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.
