Compensation will be based on experience level - Starting @ $65,000 for staff

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead Engagements: Supervise audit and tax engagements, ensuring quality work is performed within budget and on time.
Client Management: Interact with clients professionally, representing our firm positively and earning their trust and confidence.
Technical Excellence: Develop advanced technical knowledge in accounting practices and stay updated on industry standards.
Professional Development: Actively pursue CPA certification, participate in business development activities, and contribute to firm-sponsored events and initiatives.
Team Building: Coach and develop audit staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, minimum two years of audit experience, CPA eligibility, and recent experience in a public accounting firm.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA Certification: Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
Industry Experience: Familiarity with not-for-profit organizations, labor unions, employee benefit plans, and commercial entities.
Uniform Guidance Standards: Experience with audits performed under Uniform Guidance standards is a plus.
