GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist with developing and enhancing CAU’s Behavioral Department to ensure that each member on your caseload will be receiving appropriate individualized curriculum based on the utilization of data that will form the basis of effective methodologies to manage their behavior.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field and BCBA.
JOB TASKS
- Follow CAU’s Evidence Based Standards for Behavioral Management.
- Follow Best Behavioral Practices for both Residential and Day Programs.
- Assist with ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance in the Behavioral Department.
- Supervise BCBA’s and RBT’s you are assigned to
- Provide training and professional development for all your staff.
- Monitor and analyze all Assessments.
- Communicate with Administrative Team for all new Clinical Requests.
- Collaborate with BCBA’s under direct supervision on each case.
- Monitor Behavioral Data in E.H.R. systems.
- Provide guidance and training on Assessments, Reassessments and Reporting.
- Assist with the onboarding processes for the Behavioral Department.
- Cooperate with Agency, legal authorities, and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation.
- Continuously analyze data and implement program changes when needed.
- Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
- Prepare for audits and accreditations.
- All other duties as assigned.
SHIFT
Mon-Fri 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Flexibility as needed.
